A fixed-scope AI enablement package for nonprofits: four sessions, a written AI roadmap, an AI acceptable use policy, and one AI platform set up. **$3,000 flat** — one price, every org, no hourly billing, no change orders.

Environment-agnostic: works whether the organization runs Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or neither. You do not need to be an ATS managed services client.

## The four sessions

Scheduled around your team's availability. Onsite or remote.

1. **Discovery workshop** — Leadership plus the people doing the work. Workflow mapping, opportunity scoring, honest calls about where AI fits and where it doesn't. Output is a priority list, not a wish list.
2. **Policy working session** — We draft an AI acceptable use policy and data classification beforehand, then finalize it with leadership. Which tools are approved, what data can go where, how outputs get reviewed.
3. **Staff training: working with AI** — Structured prompting, providing context, iterating, verifying output. AI output is a draft, not a source of truth. What never goes into a consumer AI tool.
4. **Staff training: your tool, your work** — Hands-on with the deployed platform, built around the roles in the room. Grant writing, case notes, board reports, donor communications.

## Written deliverables

- **AI roadmap** — where AI fits in your workflows, in priority order, with an honest "not worth it" list.
- **AI acceptable use policy + data classification** — finalized with leadership, board-ready.
- **One AI platform set up** — Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT, whichever discovery points to — configured on your own subscription with sensible data-handling settings.

## Not included in the fixed price

All available, all quoted separately:

- Custom automation builds (agents, Power Automate flows, integrations) — identified in the roadmap, quoted as fixed-price projects.
- IT/tenant remediation — if discovery surfaces it, we say so plainly and quote the fix separately.
- AI subscription costs — you buy licenses directly from the vendor at list price. We don't resell or take commissions.
- Additional AI platforms beyond the one included.
- Ongoing support after close-out.

## After the engagement

- **Monthly AI coaching add-on** (optional, flat-rate) — check-ins, new use cases, tool updates. Rate given in conversation.
- **Roadmap build-out** — automation and custom agent work quoted as individual fixed-price projects.
