> AI enablement for nonprofits. Fixed scope. Flat price.

Four sessions. A written roadmap, an AI use policy, and one AI platform set up properly. $3,000, all in. Your team goes from "we should probably do something about AI" to actually using it — safely, and on purpose.

01 // the_offer

One package. One price.

Most nonprofits don't need an AI strategy engagement with a six-figure consulting firm. They need someone to look at how the work actually gets done, write the ground rules, set up one good tool, and train the staff to use it well. That's this package.

The scope is fixed so the price can be too. Four sessions, three written deliverables, done. No hourly billing, no change orders, and nothing that lands outside the number your board approved.

It's environment-agnostic. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or neither — we work with what you have. You don't need to be a managed services client.

02 // four_sessions

The four sessions

Scheduled around your team's availability — we know program staff can't drop everything for a workshop. Sessions run onsite or remote.

01

Discovery workshop

Leadership plus the people doing the work. We map your day-to-day workflows, score where AI can make a measurable difference, and make honest calls about where it can't. Not every process needs AI. Some do. The output is a priority list, not a wish list.

02

Policy working session

We draft your AI acceptable use policy and data classification before this session, then finalize it with leadership. Which tools are approved, what data can go where, how outputs get reviewed. Client case files and donor records get treated differently than a newsletter draft — the policy makes that explicit, in plain language your staff can actually follow.

03

Staff training — working with AI

How to actually work with AI: structured prompting, providing context, iterating on output, and verifying it. AI output is a draft, not a source of truth — your team learns to treat it that way. And the boundaries: what never goes into a consumer AI tool.

04

Staff training — your tool, your work

Hands-on with the platform we set up, built around the roles in the room. Grant writing, case notes, board reports, donor communications — your staff practice on their real work, not generic examples.

03 // deliverables

What you walk away with

AI roadmap

Where AI fits in your workflows, in priority order — and an honest "not worth it" list. If something needs custom automation later, it's identified here with enough detail to quote it.

AI use policy

An acceptable use policy and data classification, finalized with your leadership. Board-ready, and written so the answer to a funder's "how do you govern AI?" question is a document, not a shrug.

One platform, set up

Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT — whichever discovery points to — configured on your own subscription with sensible data-handling settings. Your data, your account, set up right.

04 // whats_not_included

What's not in the price

A flat price only works if the boundaries are real. Here's what falls outside the package — all of it available, all of it quoted separately, none of it snuck into your invoice.

×

Custom automation builds. Agents, Power Automate flows, integrations. The roadmap identifies them; each one gets its own fixed-price quote.

×

IT remediation. If discovery surfaces a broken tenant, a licensing mess, or permissions problems, we'll tell you plainly and quote the fix separately. We won't pretend it isn't there, and we won't absorb it silently either.

×

AI subscriptions. You buy licenses directly from the vendor at list price. We don't resell and we don't take commissions — so our tool recommendation is only ever about what works.

×

Additional platforms. The package sets up one platform properly. If you want a second one, that's an add-on with its own quote.

×

Ongoing support after close-out. The engagement has a hard end. If you want us around after, that's the coaching add-on below — your choice, not scope creep.

05 // after_close-out

What happens after

Monthly AI coaching

An optional flat-rate monthly add-on: regular check-ins, help rolling out new use cases, and updates as the tools change — which they do, fast. Ask us for the rate when we talk.

Roadmap build-out

Automation and custom agent work identified in your roadmap gets quoted as individual fixed-price projects. Same rule as everything else: you know the number before we start.

First conversation is just a conversation. No pitch deck, no pressure.
